-When will I receive my pre-order product?

Approx. within 14 days. After placing your order, you will receive an email informing you of the estimated delivery date.

-How do I make the payment when purchasing a pre-order product?

Your pre-order items require full payment at checkout.

-Can I cancel a pre-order?

You can cancel your order before preparing it. Go to the Orders section in your account and click on the product you want to cancel.

-Can pre-order items be returned?

Yes, just make sure your products meet the terms of our Returns Policy.

-Will pre-order items ship with my other orders?
